I think the most important qualities for us to encourage in children are respect and the ability to have fun with their imaginations. Each child is different and it is up to us as teachers to help them explore who they are and who they will eventually become as they grow intoadulthood. If I can act as a guide for them to take that valuable step then I am more than happy. 
 
インターナショナルスクールで、子どもたちと関わりあいながら講師として働くにあたって最も大切なことは、子どもたち一人ひとりの個性を尊重し、創造性を使いながら日々の生活を楽しいものにしていけるようサポートしていくことだと思います。
それぞれの個性を伸ばしていくためには、私たち講師が手を差し伸べながら、それぞれの成長を見守っていく必要があります。そんな子どもたちの重要な成長過程に関わることが出来ることを、とても嬉しく思います。

I believe children learn best when they are having fun and feel safe. My lessons create a warm and supportive environment where students can enjoy using English through games, songs, and daily interactions. Learning English is more than just studying a language—it is a life skill that helps children build confidence and connect with the world. I aim to guide each child step by step, helping them develop a strong and positive foundation for the future.

子ども達が効率よく学習を続けていくには、楽しく・安心できる環境が大切です。
そのため、レッスンでは歌やゲームなどをたくさん取り入れながら活気のある環境づくりを心掛けています。
英語を学習することは、ただ一つの言語を習得することだけでなく、世界とのつながりを感じながら、自信を持って人生を切り開いていくスキルを習得するということです。
子どもたちが、一歩一歩前に進みながら、未来への道を切り開いていくための手助けをしていきたいと思います。

Practicing English while having fun is the best way to learn, therefore it is important to provide students with many opportunities to express themselves in English. The classroom should be an encouraging place where students can feel at ease experimenting with the language.
As teachers, we should always encourage and guide them as they grow up and find out about their own interests. Regularly assessing the students' progress will also allow them to have a better sense of what they have learnt. Understanding the progress they have made will help them trust in their own abilities, and thus boost their self-confidence.

英語を楽しむ事が、言語を習得していく上で最も大切なことです。
レッスンでは、子ども達が自信を持って自由に英語で表現していける機会を提供し、
子ども達が少しでも興味を持って取り組めるよう促していきます。そして、定期的に子ども達の成果を評価してあげることが子ども達の原動力となります。子ども達一人ひとりのペースに合わせながら評価してあげることで、子ども達の実力となり自信となっていきます。

Learning English is a lifelong journey, so it is important to encourage the children to have fun while they are learning.
Each child learns in a different way and has different strengths and weaknesses too, so as teachers we have to respect those differences and create an environment where all children can thrive.
I’m looking forward to helping all the students reach their potential and nurture a love of both the English language and international cultures.

英語学習は、人生で長く関わっていくことです。そのため子ども達の英語学習においては、いかに楽しめるかが重要となります。それぞれが異なった方法で習得していき、それぞれの強みと弱みが出てきます。私は教師としてこれらの強みと弱み両方を受け止め、適した環境を提供していきたいと思っています。
子ども達が英語だけでなく、素晴らしい国際感覚を習得しながら成長していく姿を近くで見届けていけることを楽しみにしています。

My aim is to create a safe and fun environment for kids to learn and express themselves. Learning a new language can be difficult and not every child receives information the same way, but as an English teacher I believe repetition, encouragement, and understanding can help them grow in their use of the English language. I hope to be a positive part of every student’s life as they discover who they are. 
 
私の目的は、子ども達にとって安心して楽しく英語を学習する環境を作ることです。
新しい言語を習得することは大変なことですが、講師として子どもたちに寄り添いながら、手助けをしていくことで、少しずつ成長していけると思っています。

Learning English is a valuable skill in today’s globalized world.
However, studying a new and unfamiliar language can be challenging, especially for young kids. That’s why it is important to motivate them with fun and engaging activities that build both their confidence and interest in the language. 
As a teacher, I will strive to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in class. When kids have fun while learning, they’re more likely to comfortably use English and practice what they learned, not just in school but in their daily lives, too!

英語を習得することは、今の世の中にとってとても価値のあることとなっています。
しかし、新しい言語を習得することはとても難しいことで、特に子ども達にとっては特に時間がかかるものです。
そのため、言語習得の際に必要なことは、いかに楽しみながら学習するかということになります。
一番近くで見守る講師として、私は前向きで楽しい雰囲気を作ることを心掛け、子ども達が自然と楽しみながら英語を使っていけるよう導いていきたいと思います。
